Walking is very good for your general wellbeing. If you join a local health walking group it is also very sociable, great fun and helps to build your confidence as well as your fitness. The Portree group meet up for a health walk every Friday, leaving Portree Square at 1pm. All fitness levels are welcome. The group are currently looking for new memebers and volunteer walk leaders.
